Top left photo shows the raw beaded polymer, which is mixed with the appropriate pigments to form the right colour plastic, the mix being fed into an automated hopper and the temperature of the plasticiser carefully controlled and final photo on the row showing one of the Demag machines

Second row shows the control panel of one of the Demags, the green machine is one of the largest to be used, the next two are examples of tools engaged inside the Demag machines and the last photo is of boxes coing off the conveyor belt of the largest machine
